Builds the software tree and checks for complete documentation and license headers on each push to the master branch on the following systems:

Fedora 14, 64 bit (F-14 x86_64); Latest Fedora Rawhide, 32 bit version (Rawhide i686); Latest CentOS 5, 64 bit (CentOS 5); FreeBSD 8.1, 32 bit (FreeBSD 8.1).

On all systems as much of the pre-requisites as possible have been installed to build the maximum amount of the software possible on each platform.
