Builds the software tree and checks for complete documentation and license headers on each push to the master branch on the following systems:

Fedora 16 (x86_64); Latest Fedora Rawhide (x86_64); CentOS 6 (x86_64); FreeBSD 9.0 (amd64).

On all systems as much of the pre-requisites as possible have been installed to build the maximum amount of the software possible on each platform.
