Use laser data angle compliant with Fawkes coordinate system

Description

Currently the laser plugin produces laser data with angles growing clockwise. This is to keep compatibility with RCSoftX. In the Fawkes coordinate system this is wrong, angles should grow counter-clockwise.

The idea is to make counter-clockwise angles the default in Fawkes, and to provide a laser data filter that reverses the angles and writes it to another interface which can be used to keep compatibility with existing software.
