Write obstacle detection using omni vision

Description

A new vision component has to be written for FV2 to detect other robots on the soccer field. The specs for this task are yet open.

It can either rely on

  • non-green areas
  • black areas
  • green-to-black color changes

in the image for detecting another robot. What is done has not been decided, yet.

This seems to be done at a sufficient quality level now in the omni_field plugin (branches/midsize/src/firevision/apps/omni_field@2146), therefore closing. Re-open if more work is needed.
