Pan/Tilt-unit for stereo-vision camera

Description

Since we want to use the stereo-vision camera on top of the robot not only for visual servoing with manipulation and to be more flexible overall, we need a pan/tilt unit (PTU) to mount the stereo-camer an. This would then allow for servoing within a greater range and to use the camera also for face-detection/recognition (which needs a tiltable camera too due to different heights of persons).

To control the PTU, if we build it ourself, we could probably even use the CPIO-port that the stereo-camera has.

As Stefan said, this has been done. Besides that it is out of the scope for this Trac instance, we can keep it alive in the AllemaniACs' Trac instance.
